The PrayerPDX team would like to help encourage prayer in your local church or ministry. Together we can lay a foundation of prayer in the city to see breakthrough in the spiritual realm, awakening among those yet to be saved, and to empower individuals towards the work of the Kingdom.
The following team leaders are available to speak at services, conferences or other engagements; teach workshops on various aspects of prayer and worship; or help set up and establish prayer rooms and prayer teams in your church or neighborhood.
We suggest an honorarium be given for their time in order to help keep these prayer leaders free to minister across the city, but it is not required.

Dave Cetti, presently serves as the pastor of Happy Valley Baptist Church. His background includes a degree in music from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, CA, managing his father’s business (in Santa Barbara), teaching Bible at Portland Christian High School (1978-1982), and directing crusades for evangelist Bob Cryder (1982-1999). In 1990, both Bob and Dave were asked to join the facilitating team for the Pastors’ Prayer Summits. Dave has facilitated perhaps 100 Prayer Summits – across the United States as well as in Mexico, Australia and Canada.
In 2000, he was asked to serve with CB Northwest as Director of Prayer and Spiritual Development. That morphed to include Placement and later, Church Assessments. When he retired from CB Northwest in the summer of 2018, Happy Valley asked him to become their full-time pastor. Although he has taught and spoken on prayer numerous times in a variety of settings, Dave would much rather facilitate a time of prayer than simply speak about it. |
In 2016, Raymond DeSilva gathered public service employees from across Multnomah County to hold a healing space event to discuss and organize in response to racial injustice at the hands of law enforcement, as well as violent retaliation against police. InCity Worship is an annual worship and prayer series of intercession spaces that aspires to build trust, reconciliation and healing where there has long been a significant racial divide. His work is grounded in the spirit of unity, and he holds an unwavering belief in the need to value and elevate the disenfranchised through prayer and conference presentations. Raymond has earned a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication (2008) and Master’s degree in Spiritual Formation (2011) from George Fox University. He also completed a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate (2019) from Cornell University.
